Banfid Samson
(SWEEP 19th Nov 2009 - 15th May 2013)

We finally got around to using the Samson name after skirting around it a couple of times but this dog suited the name. He was the biggest in the litter and definately the bossiest. A big blue dog with quite a bit of white on his chest he was a lovely looking dog. Very laid back with people and took everything in his stride but dominant with the litter.
We lost sweepy to a heart attack in the kennels on 15th May 2013, it was such a big shock to us all as he was a big strong looking dog never had any real injury worries.
Throughout his career he was trained by Andy Reid at Shawfield then Darren Hampson at Bellevue on his return to Shawfield he was with Pamela Weir for a short spell before joining his brothers and sisters with Jim Dignall and his family.
